Monday—it begins

I am making incremental progress. For example, instead of a VegTrug in a box, I now have a half-made VegTrug on the balcony. Unfortunately my arms are so pissweak I can't tighten one of the screws. Also, I don't have anywhere near enough soil to start a garden so I need to go to Bunnings again.

I can't go to Bunnings again until Monday because I also need paint to touch up the walls and I can't paint the walls until my stairs get done and I move all the furniture to their rightful positions. Charlie the stair guy will be coming around on Monday morning to do the stairs. I also need to go to Bunnings to get lacquer for the stairs and it makes no sense to make the trip until it's ready to lacquer.

Similarly, I need new furniture because I got rid of the couch in the coucil clean-up plus I'll need more shelves and may as well get a new desk, one which will at least be able to handle my burgeoning home business.

But I can't buy new furniture until I get rid of the old stuff (including Sam's mattress) which I plan to sell on Gumtree. And I can't sell stuff until I get the stairs done because I need room to take good pictures and I won't have the room until I can move all furniture to their rightful places. Get it?

Monday—it begins. And then Boff will move in.
