My name is

Long time no blog. Wholly my fault; managed to catch a virus not very long after I last checked in and haven't been 100% since. That's right, I'm still not fully recovered, although my faculties are faring okay.

Since my last post, my life has been one big Sydney Festival romp, both going to events and volunteering. The most interesting volunteer experience was at The Domain the weekend after I got sick. I'd lost my voice but still managed to help sell more than 250 raffle tickets to the crowd.

I'll do a review of all the Sydney Festival events I attended on my other blog after the festival ends. I can tell you it has been a good one, though, and I'm also not broke so that always assists the experience.

Actually, there's not much happening other than going to gigs and events. My recollection that Brian Eno wrote the Microsoft startup tune won us third place in trivia on Tuesday. Managed to scramble and get the magazine done despite being ill. We find out if our retender was successful on Monday.

Dammit, I wish this stupid virus would just leave. Sore-ish throat today and a bit of an ear thing happening. Grr!
