Brisbane, sort of

Need sleep but I'm gonna post this because I don't know when I'll be able to get some time not working. Should be human again next week, but you never know.

Here's a pic that I took in the photo booth at the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA), where I attended the Andy Warhol exhibition:

I call it the Addy Warhol.

I wrongly stated that the weather in Brisbane was 'hurricane-esque' in my last entry. It is, in fact, cyclonic. Hurricanes are northern hemisphere weather phenomena. It rained every day except Saturday, when I almost fried except for a layer of sunscreen (I'd dropped my hat while bolting to catch the bus).

I had a good time away. I'm glad I didn't spend it dwelling on work stuff. Charlton Clark still hasn't approved his transcript. I'm just going to write the damn article and get on with my life.

By the way, what do you think it means if someone keeps asking you when you're going to come back to Brisbane?

(I'm likely to go there again in March because of the freelance convention due to my brother not being compliant about Japan - grr!)
